  After spending nearly £300 i have left hungry and disappointed. Food quality was poor, service was poor, half of my main dish was missing and the waitress couldn't care less, waiting 10/15 minutes to grab her just to get drinks and the drinks themselves were just poor. I actually left feeling rather ripped off. To top it off before we left my daughter who had the rather bland clam pasta, went to the bathroom to throw it up coz it was so gross! I definitely want some form of refund. UPDATE Restaurant agreed to a 50% refund after I declined a 50% discount on another visit

  Zizzi is my favourite chain. Good variety of food options whatever the mood and caters to all tastes. Our server, Joshy, in Bath was excellent- friendly, helpful, quick and informative.

  The outside area makes this place perfect for summer! Lucy our server was attentive and gave great recommendations. We left with very clean plates and very full belly’s.

  Très belle découverte à Bath ! Tant les adultes que les enfants se sont régalés ! Pizzas excellentes, pain à l’ail et frites de courgettes également, le tiramisu vaut aussi le détour. Merci à Alice pour sa gentillesse !

  Lovely food. Josh our server was very attentive. Only slight disappointment was we asked for a splash of lemonade in a glass of wine and got charged £5.25 for it !! We should have asked for a full glass of lemonade as we paid for it.
